Sentinel’s customer support strategy is structured around the emergency mission critical nature of Disaster Management.

During regular business hours (6:30am-4:00pm EST) we offer real-time tech support through phone, email, web (directly from the product). We promise an immediate response during operating hours.

During a live incident, our customers can expect priority response 24/7.

If called upon, we can play an active role in your response effort. Our staff is trained in Basic Emergency Management and ICS and can be a valuable resource when an expanded team is required.
