At Sentinel we take security and availability as serious as you do. Our staff is security-checked, trained, certified and follow the data handling laws of Canada which are some of the most stringent in the world.

Our applications, along with your data, are hosted in a redundant virtualized Tier III/II environment. Our proprietary double-redundant monitoring and recovery technology validates system functions and service availability 24/7, triggering alarms to our duty officer if the system needs the attention of one of our engineers.

Here are some of the other features of our infrastructure :

• Unmarked data centers with secured entrances for both clients and engineers;
• A two-stage biometric authentication process limits physical access to our infrastructure;
• Servers reside in individually locked and secured cabinets;
• Networked security cameras (low-light technology) scan and record the interior and exterior of the facility 24x7;
• PCI DSS, ISAE 3402 Type II, SSAE 16 Type II, and CSAE 3416 Type II.
